What do I set the dials to?
of 13: You should have found the clue for this setting while you were in the Hall of Ancient Antiquities.
of 13: When you picked up the replacement mirror, did you notice anything else nearby that might have been a clue?
of 13: There were some ideograms on the pillar just to the left of where you found the replacement mirror.
of 13: If you did, then the ideograms should have been entered into Ardan's log.
of 13: The inscription shows, first of all, a broken mirror -- which would certainly seem to apply to this situation.
of 13: There are two ideograms, which Ardan understands as "light" and "fire".
of 13: See anything similar around here?
of 13: How about the two symbols immediately above each of the two dials?
of 13: The left shows "light", and the right shows "fire".
of 13: Back to the inscription... there are two Selenite numbers associated with the two ideograms.
of 13: The left ("light") shows "7", while the right ("fire") shows 4.
of 13: What happens if you set the two dials on the telescope control panel to match those numbers?
