1 of 2: Yes. If you click on the right curtain when you can see a hand behind it, Mr. Burns will fall down the stairs and Smithers will carry him into the lab and turn him into a robot.
2 of 2: I also think it is funny to click on the left mirror to reveal Snake coming out and going through one of the curtains and returning with a toilet.
