4 of 8: There's only one place you can go to in Springfield that has a Lost and Found.
5 of 8: Moe's Tavern.
6 of 8: A set of keys labeled Spanky is in one of the Lost and Found bins at Moe's Tavern.
7 of 8: Spanky is Principal Skinner's nickname.
8 of 8: Take the keys and you can now enter Skinner's office.
