1 of 6: No. But you can go up to it and watch him throw rocks at you.
2 of 6: Try to throw rocks at you, I mean.
3 of 6: His house is at the end of the little road towards the bottom left of the map where there is a rectangle with a $ in the middle of it.
4 of 6: Go to the Nuclear Power Plant and leave it.
5 of 6: Then, keep going straight until you can turn left and then keep going straight until you can't any more. Eventually, you will automatically turn around and keep going straight.
6 of 6: Then, turn right, and you will be at Burns' Estate.
