How to get obscene amounts of experience
This cheat is really more an abuse of the system than a "cheat" per se. In the basement in Fargo's casino (make sure you have a shovel or some TNT to get out), there's an area filled with rubble. When you walk into the rubble, all of your characters with climb skill will automatically use that skill and gain XP at the same time.
So all you need to do is ensure that one of your characters (preferably an NPC) doesn't have climb skill. Then walk to the rubble, and rest something on your mouse or keyboard so that the characters keep walking into the rubble. When you come back, you'll have truckloads of experience. (If all of your characters have climb, then eventually they will climb through the rubble, and just keep hitting the back wall.)
