1 of 4: You've got his head. Isn't there a device in the next room that could be useful?
2 of 4: Hook up Finster's head with the device next door. You'll need cyborg tech to be able to use it though.
3 of 4: You'll need to find a pretty advanced library to learn cyborg tech.
4 of 4: Use the bookshelves in Sleeper One, the Guardian Citadel, or similar.
