1 of 5: What is Base Cochise?
2 of 5: It's an old military base. Just like Sleeper One and Project Darwin.
3 of 5: Obviously the different bases would know of each other's existence. Perhaps you should take a closer look through the bases.
4 of 5: Examine the offices in Sleeper One. You'll find a map that tells you the location of base Cochise. (Note though, that the description is relative to Sleeper One, not the map in general).
5 of 5: Cochise is at the very northwest. However you will need to "officially" find Cochise before it appears.
