Wasteland Hints

I'm in the robot assembly plant. Is there anything I can do here?

  • 1 of 7: Take a look at the terminals.  Notice that all of the keyboards are locked, except one.
  • 2 of 7: You could try to build a robot using the working terminal.  You just need to get the command right...
  • 3 of 7: Remember that this game was written back in Apple II/e days.  The command is not DOS based, it's pretty simple and obvious.
  • 4 of 7: You want the program to (insert verb here).
  • 5 of 7: Type RUN.  You'll get a selection of a hunter, killer or admin robot.
  • 6 of 7: What do you think a hunter or killer is likely to do?
  • 7 of 7: Select admin.  You'll meet VAX, the best NPC in the game.
