1 of 4: There's one in the Stagecoach Inn.
2 of 4: If the inn management had one, where would they keep it?
3 of 4: Try in the cleaning supplies area.
4 of 4: Use picklock or a crowbar on the locked cupboard at the end. You'll have to fight the cleaners for it, though (but that's not hard).
