Should I make the deal with Ugly?
1 of 4: If you don't, you'll have to find some other way of saving Felicia after you've killed Ugly.
2 of 4: Do you have a skill, attribute or item that could be used here? If so, then kill Ugly, as he might have some good equipment.
3 of 4: Use bomb disarm. You'll have to use it twice, and if you fail, Felicia dies.
4 of 4: If you don't have bomb disarm, it really depends on your morals. Ugly has an Uzi 9mm, which is far far better than the clip pistols you're probably using, but you'll either kill Felicia, or make her wait until you go and learn bomb disarm. Mind you, considering that Felicia's a lousy NPC, there's no real bonus in saving her.
