2 of 4: Is there a skill, attribute or item that you could use here?
3 of 4: You need something to clear the rubble away.
4 of 4: Use TNT, plastic explosives or similar on the rubble, and make sure the character using the TNT has demolitions skill. You'll find a meeting of the jerk gang.
