How do I open the briefcase?
1 of 9: Pull out the briefcase. Your character will note that it says CORONA on it.
2 of 9: Have you talked to someone about Corona yet? If not, make sure you've picked up that glittering object from the bottom of the pool.
3 of 9: When you pick it up, your character will tell you it says "Carla" on it. Carla is the maid, working up on the 4th floor.
4 of 9: Go give her her bracelet back, and talk to her. Only Victoria can do this.
5 of 9: Ask her about her private life, then about the "Gala Evening" (under "Things and Facts") and you'll get a bank note. Look at it closely.
6 of 9: When you ask her about her private life, and the gala (as Victoria), she'll give you a bank note she got from Corona. Look at this closely.
7 of 9: Notice where the bets are placed on the back of the note... 1 coin is at 4, 2 are at 17, and 3 are at 30. Perhaps you can use this information to get Corona's briefcase open.
8 of 9: The bets themselves are parts of the combination, and the coins tell you the correct order for those parts.
9 of 9: Enter the combination 41730, and open the briefcase. Take the tape you find inside.
