Shipyard
As yet another obviously named strucutre, Shipyards are used to build ships. At first you can only make Oil Tankers and Destroyers, but once you put up a Foundry, you can make the more advanced units, like Transports. This is also how you make Turtles or Submarines, if you have an Gnomish Inventor or Goblin Alchemist.
