About the shareware version
There is a shareware version of Warcraft 2 out. This features 3 all-new scenarios for each side. It's nothing really big, though. For instance, in the first mission as the Humans, you must build a Barracks, 4 Farms, and a Lumber Mill, and the map's very similar to Scenario 1 of the full game. None of the shareware scenarios are covered in this file, and the cheats don't work either (they're listed in the shareware readme file). However, the shareware version has a really cool title screen!
