With you look at this place, you can tell that this is where you train Death Knights. This is also where you research all of their spells. It's a good idea to destroy this early in a siege of an enemy town, so that in case all of your guys get destroyed, they can't make anymore Death Knights for awhile. You will need a Fortress before you can build one.
