Warcraft 2: Tides of Darkness Hints
Mission 1: Hillsbrad
Mission Objectives:
- Build 4 Farms
- Build 1 Barracks
This being the first mission and all, I'll walk you through very basically. You have 1000 Gold and 1000 Lumber. Tell your Peasant to build a Farm, then train another Peasant while that's being done. When your new Peasant arrives, tell him to chop down trees. Once the farm's done, tell that Peasant to get gold. When he brings back enough (400) train one more Peasant, and then tell HIM to get some gold. After waiting a bit, command one of your mining Peasants to build a Farm, another Farm, then a Barracks (if you don't enough Gold or Lumber, simply wait until you do). There are 4 Grunts in the area, but my recommendation is to not attack them. They won't attack you unless they see you, so stay put. If you happen to run out of gold (which you shouldn't if you followed my method above) clear the area of the Grunts, then get your money from there.
