1 of 2: You can find these in various locations throughout the swamp. You need to get the book Curses and the Cursed and read it to get them in your bestiary.
2 of 2: The places where you can reliably find these things are: outside the swamp cave, near the bridge to the non-human encampment, and as part of the Cannibal side quest.
