Should I give the goods to the elves?
1 of 3: This decision will actually have a pretty major effect on Chapter 2.
2 of 3: If you *do* give them the weapons, they will use them to murder Coleman in Chapter 2 when you start on the main quest. This can make proving Vincent innocent impossible.
3 of 3: If you decide not to, then the dwarf Golan Vivaldi will be sent to jail, and you'll have to bail him out for 200 gold to continue with the main quest.
