How can I track down Berengar?
1 of 6: Though you can't actually find him in this chapter, you can do some investigating.
2 of 6: Start by talking with Thaler, which is your only lead. He will give you a couple tips -- Coleman and Kalkstein both were connected to Berengar.
3 of 6: Talk to either of them. You have to out-drink Coleman to get info from him. That, or just talk with Ramsmeat about it.
4 of 6: They will direct you to the swamp. So go there, and talk to Vaska in the brickmakers' village. She'll say that his stuff was found by the claypits.
5 of 6: Go there, and you'll find some salamandra corpses. This is as far as you can get on your own.
6 of 6: Later, you may learn from Yaevinn that Berengar actually survived, and was captured by Salamandra.
