1 of 3: All she needs you to do is kill some Drowners.
2 of 3: Go to the clay pits at night and kill all of the Drowners running around. The quest will update when you've killed enough.
3 of 3: Go back to Vaska, and tell her they're all dead. There will be another quest available from her now, to search for a missing child.
