How can I find out who is paying for Salamandra badges?
1 of 5: Well, a good place to start would be the messenger who pays for them.
2 of 5: To get the information, the easiest way is to drink with him. It takes about 5 weak drinks.
3 of 5: Once he's drunk, ask him about work and he'll direct you to Leuvaarden in the Dike.
4 of 5: Talk to him about it, and Leuvaarden will ask you to bring him 3 Salamandra badges. You can get them from the various assassins who will attack you in Vizima after starting the main quest.
5 of 5: Once you bring them to him, he will admit he's part of an organization trying to take down Salamandra. That's as far as you can get with him in Chapter 2.
