1 of 4: She'll want you to help out some of her girls who are being harassed by Salamandra thugs.
2 of 4: At night, go to the points marked on your map and you'll encounter two assassins at each place. They're pretty easy to kill.
3 of 4: Once you've gone through all 3 points, go back to Carmen.
4 of 4: You can either take 200 Orens or a strange discount with hookers in this chapter. The latter is totally useless, so take the money.
