Note about this quest
This whole quest can be a little bit confusing, as a lot of the clues and leads you get are quite obscure, and it's easy to come to the wrong conclusions. I will try to outline the "Best" way to go about this investigation. In general, you are trying to find at least 3 pieces of evidence on each suspect -- once you do you can talk to them about it. If you choose "I believe you" on all 3 of their responses to your evidence, you'll declare them innocent, and guilty for the other way. Most of the suspects also have one way to find definite evidence that will prove them innocent.
