How can I get the body?
1 of 4: Once you've talked to Shani, go to the gravedigger.
2 of 4: Ask him about the body, and he'll say that he'll give it to you for a bottle of dwarven liquor.
3 of 4: He wants Mahakam Mead. You can actually find some nearby for free, in a container inside the guardpost.
4 of 4: Once you have it, give it to him and the body will be delivered to the hospital.
