What should I do during the autopsy?
1 of 4: Well, if you investigated the graveyard earlier, the autopsy will basically be done for you, otherwise you'll have some control of what happens.
2 of 4: It's possible to determine that either Ramsmeat or Kalkstein is guilty based on the autopsy -- Kalkstein by examining the liver, Ramsmeat by examining the heart.
3 of 4: These are both incorrect conclusions, but if you want to kill Ramsmeat for the yellow meteorite he drops, then get one of them.
4 of 4: Once you've finished the autopsy, head back to the detective's house and talk with him.
