Witcher Contract: Fleders
1 of 3: You can find a whole bunch of Fleders during the bank robbery quest -- they haunt the warehouse you'll use to get in.
2 of 3: Otherwise, they will appear occasionally around the Temple Quarter in the non-human district and in the slums.
3 of 3: Once you have enough teeth, bring them to Velerad in the guardhouse (after the Posh Reception main quest).
