Entering via the Warehouse
1 of 4: To do this, tell Velerad you agree with him, and you'll get the key to the warehouse.
2 of 4: Go in -- you'll have to fight your way through a pretty large amount of Fleders in here, but it's nothing too tough.
3 of 4: You'll have to go upstairs, and you'll get into the back of the town hall.
4 of 4: Head through another door to get into the bank, and confront Yaevinn.
