Whom should I side with?
1 of 2: You have 3 choices, basically -- the Humans, the Vodyanoi, or resolving the whole dispute.
2 of 2: To side with the Vodyanoi, talk to the priest at the altar in Lakeside and agree to lure Murky Water's cow. For the Humans, talk to Julian and agree to kill the Acolyte near the altar. To resolve the conflict, talk to the Lady of the Lake. The reward changes a bit with whom you choose, but the course of events won't -- one way or another you'll be killing Dagon.
