How can I help the refugees?
1 of 4: Zoltan will start you on this quest as soon as you enter Old Vizima.
2 of 4: Head to the places marked on your map and small groups of Refugees will join you. Don't worry about protecting them -- it doesn't matter.
3 of 4: There's two groups you'll have to pick up. Once that's done, head to the Hospital. You'll have to clear out all the enemies in front of it to be able to enter.
4 of 4: Once inside, Kalkstein will appear with some news.
