How can I get out of Old Vizima?
1 of 5: Head to the barricades, next to the tower where you killed the mutant.
2 of 5: On the way, you'll be facing large varying groups of undead.
3 of 5: They're probably easier than the groups you'd have to face in the Order or Scoia'tel quests (the only real break you get being neutral).
4 of 5: Make your way through three groups of them, bashing down barricades as you go.
5 of 5: Once you finish off the final group (a fairly tough battle if you're not careful), head through the gap in the wall nearby to enter the swamp and end the quest.
