How should I deal with them?
1 of 3: Here, you basically choose between a small blessing, or having them join you.
2 of 3: To get them to join you, criticize Toruviel or Celina, or tell Rayla that her death isn't necessarily a bad thing. They will stick with you until the penultimate battle.
3 of 3: To get an enchantment from them, choose the other option. Rayla gives you a damage absorbing shield, Toruviel gives flaming swords, and Celina gives you life-absorbing abilities when you strike (the best one).
