1 of 3: To find this one, you sort of have to walk around Murky Waters talking to all of the female villagers there. I believe she's wearing a red dress.
2 of 3: She'll basically proposition you right away, and will ask for something sweet.
3 of 3: Give her a sugardoll -- you can get one from the Baker by giving him a White Honey potion -- to get the card.
