The Witcher Hints
Toruviel/White Rayla/Nurse
1 of 3: These three are mutually exclusive, and you will get one of them depending on who you side with (or if you decide to be neutral).
2 of 3: Toruviel and White Rayla are basically the same -- advance the main quest to the point where you can talk to them in their respective hideouts, and then proposition them basically.
3 of 3: For the nurses, if you're neutral bringing them to the hospital will be part of the main quest. However, they'll be afraid of Shani at first. So come back once you've evacuated to the Swamp and talk to them upstairs for the card.
