The Witcher Hints
How can I light the shrines?
1 of 5: This is a fairly straightforward endeavor.
2 of 5: You'll be attacked by increasingly large groups of Barghests for each shrine you approach (none at the first one, about 8 at the last one).
3 of 5: Just kill them, and then use the shrine. Double-click the candle in your quest items to light the shrine.
4 of 5: There's a chance that you'll be carrying Vesna around as a part of her quest. If that's so, just be careful not to give her too much of a chance to get close to the Barghests. (Use group style to wipe them out as fast as possible.) See that quest for more details.
5 of 5: Once they're all lit, you'll be informed that it didn't work. Go back to the reverend and inform him, and he'll move you on to the next stage of the quest.
