What's the second route?
1 of 4: Go west at the path split, then douse the torch at the west end of the next cell block if you're wanting to do things stealthily. (Also, talk to the prisoner in the cell near the torch and do an easy QTE to get him to quiet down.)
2 of 4: You can then sneak into the next room and take care of the guards, either with or without stealth.
3 of 4: After they're all down, loot them to get the upper dungeon key.
4 of 4: Go over to the door at the north end of the room to get a cut-scene with Aryan La Valette (or Mary Louisa La Valette if Aryan is dead) that leads into the next objective. (It'll be "Get rid of the guards on the way to the exit" if Aryan is alive, and "Find Shilard Fitz-Oesterlen" if he isn't.)
