Is there another way to learn what I need to know about harpies?
1 of 3: You could read a book about them.
2 of 3: Felicia Cori sells a book called "Harpies - Daughters of the Gale." You'll find her just past the large gate that's near the top of the inn's stairs. (Note that the gate won't be open until after you finish the "The War Council" quest.)
