1 of 3: Run back past the harpies, then make your way SW to where you encountered soldiers fighting rotfiends earlier.
2 of 3: Look for a couple more rotfiends to kill, then return to the camp and go back to the canteen tent.
3 of 3: Talk to the relic peddler about Yahon's spear, then use one of the special dialogue topics to persuade him to tell you what happened to it.
