The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
You have acquired all the items. Give the spearhead to Henselt.
1 of 4: Leave Vergen and return to the elves' camp, then go back down to the path split next to the abandoned campfire.
2 of 4: This time, turn right and reenter the evil mist of the wraiths' battlefield.
3 of 4: As before, hit the "Use Medallion" key and follow the purple-y skull until you exit the mist on the other side.
4 of 4: Move down the path past the mist to meet up with Vernon Roche. Talking to him will give you the next objective and the "Where Is Triss Merigold?" quest.
