Talk to Cedric.

  • 1 of 4: First, talk to the merchant for the "The Kayran: A Matter of Price" quest.
  • 2 of 4: Next, go to the east end of town and through the door that's SE of the gallows.
  • 3 of 4: Past the next door, you'll meet up with Triss. After talking to her, follow her along.
  • 4 of 4: After you go up a couple of ladders, you'll be able to talk to Cedric about hunting the kayran.
