Defeat Dethmold's apprentice. Reach the basement.
1 of 3: The apprentice mage will finally come down to where you can attack him.
2 of 3: Charge him and do him as much damage as you can before he teleports, then take care of the commandos that run out to join him.
3 of 3: The mage will teleport around with annoying frequency, so do your best to keep up and blast him with Igni signs.
