What's stage 2?
1 of 5: After you hack off the third tentacle, move away from the kayran and wait for it to start swinging one of its biggest tentacles at you horizontally.
2 of 5: When it does, watch for an on-screen prompt to hit the right mouse button.
3 of 5: If you do so quickly enough, you'll be able to jump onto the tentacle and start a standard QTE where you'll need to click to fill up a progress bar. Otherwise, the tentacle will hit you and do you some damage, and you'll need to wait for it to come around again for another try.
4 of 5: If you succeed in grabbing onto the tentacle and doing the QTE, it'll raise you way up in the air over the kayran.
5 of 5: Watch for a prompt to hit the SPACEBAR to appear, then do it to get the kayran to knock some large chunks of rubble down onto itself.
