What's stage 3?
1 of 4: Look over to the left while facing the kayran to see that some of the newly-fallen rubble forms a kind of ramp that leads up onto the monster's head.
2 of 4: Run over to the base of the rubble ramp and use the Quen sign to shield yourself, then start the slow run up the ramp.
3 of 4: The kayran will be flailing at you with its tentacles, and a hit will probably knock you back down to the bottom of the ramp, so try to dodge those.
4 of 4: Once you make it to the top of the ramp, a cut-scene will take over and finish the quest.
