1 of 4: Philippa's home is in the NE section of Vergen.
2 of 4: Starting at the top of the steps near the inn, go NE and up the sloping path until you can turn right and go through a short tunnel.
3 of 4: Go up to the large statue of a fat woman, then go west. Past the stairs, approach the door to enter Philippa's home in a cut-scene (or click to open the door if you've been there before).
4 of 4: Tell her that you're looking for Triss to get the next objective.
