1 of 4: Down the nearby tunnel branch.
2 of 4: Go down it until it turns east, then look on the ground for a corpse.
3 of 4: Loot it to get the key you need.
4 of 4: NOTE: Go on down to the end of the tunnel if you want to find another spot where you can use a grapeshot bomb for the "Hey, Work's on in the Mines!" side quest.
