Talk to the townsfolk about magical locations.
1 of 4: Leave Philippa's home and go down the tunnel that's to the SE.
2 of 4: Past the tunnel, go up the sloping path on the left, then go through the red door on the right to enter Cecil Burdon's home.
3 of 4: Find Burdon and talk to him about Saskia needing medicine.
4 of 4: NOTE: He probably won't be in his home if you haven't finished the "Subterranean Life" quest. The easiest way to find him is to work on that quest until you meet him next to the mine entrance.
