1 of 2: Go back the way you came to return to Vergen, noting that the male troll will attack you if you killed the female troll. (You can pretty easily outrun him if you don't want to fight him, since he doesn't like venturing far from his camp.)
2 of 2: Go all the way back to Philippa's home and tell her you got Triss' bandana.
