The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
Defeat Myron and Alphonse at arm wrestling.
1 of 4: Look nearby for two big, muscular, heavily-tattooed guys named Myron and Alphonse. They may be seated at the nearby table or wandering around.
2 of 4: Talk to each of them separately and do the annoyingly tedious arm-wrestling minigame. In it, you need to move the mouse left and right extremely delicately in order to keep the fist icon inside the moving (and shrinking) yellow bar until it reaches the right side.
3 of 4: If you lose, you can talk to them for a rematch however many times you need to. If you give up on the arm wrestling, talk to Margarita and pay her 50 orens.
4 of 4: If you win both arm wrestling matches, you can talk to Margarita to report success.
