The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
Kill the arachas.
1 of 5: Follow Zoltan down into the arachas' lair to get it to appear and attack.
2 of 5: Zoltan will start hacking at it with his sword, but you can't depend on the arachas to focus on him. It's much more likely to come after you.
3 of 5: Trapping it with the Yrden sign is helpful, as is burning it with the Igni sign. When you're out of vigor, dodge around or hit the arachas with a flurry of quick blows until your vigor regenerates.
4 of 5: After the creature dies, Iorveth and his Scoia'tael buddies will show up and start a conversation.
