The Witcher 2: Assassins of Kings Hints
Find Helen.
1 of 7: At the north end of the area that the merchant was searching around in is a wall with two gaps in it. The one on the right leads to an area with a bunch of guards, and the one on the left can be used to sneak past the guards' area.
2 of 7: Helen is hiding in a side area that's NE of the guards' area, so the most straightforward way to get to her is to go through the guards' area.
3 of 7: It's possible to sneak through the guards' area without being seen. Stand next to the wall gap that leads into it and watch for a patrolling guard carrying a torch to go off to the right (NE) a ways.
4 of 7: Quickly follow him, keeping as far to the right as you can, and stun him while he's standing with his back turned to you.
5 of 7: Look near him for a short wall that you can jump over to enter the area that Helen is in.
6 of 7: NOTE: If you go through the north wall's other gap and sneak past the guards' area, you can use some climb-able ledges to the left of a locked door to get past it, then sneak along through an area with fewer guards until you reach a spot where you can climb into Helen's area. However, this is a longer and more tedious route, and isn't recommended.
7 of 7: However you reach Helen's area, walk up to her to get a conversation followed by the next objective.
