Press Shilard Fitz-Oesterlen for information about Triss.
1 of 3: Go to the top of the ramp, ready to kill off a few of Shilard's guards.
2 of 3: After they're dead, open the door that Shilard and one last guard are hiding behind to get a cut-scene.
3 of 3: During the conversation with Philippa, you'll have to decide whether to assist her or go after Triss. If you choose to help Philippa, you'll get the "The Spellbreaker" quest. Otherwise, you'll get the "Where Is Triss Merigold?" quest.
